Not perfect, but worth it

The staff were friendly, including providing heaters and blankets when it was chilly. The location was great, just a few blocks from the city center.

The hotel lacked some modern amenities like air conditioning, and the steep slopes around the area can be challenging, especially for those not used to walking uphill.

The venue's position was central.

Wonderful small place with fast Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Gentle and excellent staff, well decorated king room. Nice bed, coffee and a nice table...

The lack of parking was unacceptable, especially after they misleadingly mentioned Plaza Zaragoza. And don't even get me started on the suffocating heat in my room, a fan just won't do! It would have been nice to have some form of special treatment, but that is clearly too much to ask.

Reasonably clean venue and amiable employees. Excellent location in Xalapa, not far from the centre, the highlands near Xalapa and Xalapa's centro. Situated only 1 km from Parque Rafael Murillo Vidal. The downstairs bar onsite. Right place for exploring Xalapa.

Location: the hotel was not far from many good restuarants as well as the center. The room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped, offered coffee and a nice table. The staff was extremely friendly, elegant atmosphere.

Bathroom had no way to circulate air, so often smelled

Great food for breakfast. Nicely decorated and reasonably large rooms with the hammock type swinging chair. Central location, not too far from a public park.

There was consistent noise near my room during the evening hours due to its proximity to the reception area, affecting the overall tranquility.

But my room felt more like a sauna than a retreat! And if I wanted to sweat, I would've run a marathon, right?

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the beautiful gardens where I could relax under the blooming bougainvillea and sip coffee while enjoying the calm atmosphere. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring fresh fruits and traditional egg dishes. There was no nearby parking, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. just be sure to plan ahead! 🌺

Family with children cozy retreat

We stayed for 5 nights and I gotta say, the vibrant blue walls in the room gave it this warm cottage feel! The staff were friendly, giving us coffee from a local source, which just made the mornings brighter.

The prices weren't exactly low but worth it.

This was just a fine choice for a little getaway in Xalapa with decent value for money. I appreciated the colorful flower pots and decorations, made the outdoor space really inviting. It's a steep walk to the main restaurants, so wear comfortable shoes.

This place is spacious, beautifully decorated, and includes breakfast, with a convenient location near downtown in a quiet area, perfect for walking around.
